Since 1975, Mr. Pendleton has been owner/principal of Pendleton Associates, an asset management and resort development firm focused on family company properties in the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Pendleton has served on boards and advised on some of the most prestigious resorts and family company holdings in the United States. Mr. Pendleton serves as a director of the CCC Alliance, a private family investment company in Philadelphia and Boston. Since 1998, Mr. Pendleton has been Chairman of the Board of Cairnwood, a cultural and event center for Bryn Athyn College and the Swedenborgian Church in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. In Puerto Rico, he serves on the Fundacion Enrique Marti Coll Foundation, meeting community needs on the island. He also serves in the leadership group as Chair of the Recreational Development Council of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Pendleton received his BS in Business and Economics at Lehigh University.
