| Mr. Vázquez joined ACM in January 2008 to serve as Vice President in the Legal Department. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Vázquez represented clients in the Banking and real estate industry before the state and federal courts of Puerto Rico. As an Associate at the law firm of Cancio Covas & Santiago, LLP, Mr. Vázquez participated in transactions related to the fields of commercial lending, corporate, real estate, and Banking law. In 2006, Mr. Vázquez served as an Assistant Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where he performed on-site examinations of member Banks for compliance with Consumer Affairs regulations. From 1999 through 2000, Mr. Vázquez worked as an Analyst for Salomon Smith Barney in the Public Finance Department, where he participated in bond financing transactions for airports, sports arenas and convention centers. He received a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico Law School, and a Masters of Law (LLM) from Boston University Law School with a concentration in Banking and Compliance. He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. |

| Mr. Yan has over ten years of experience in the Information Technology field. Prior to joining ACM in 2007, he held a Senior Engineer position in one of the largest Citrix partners in Puerto Rico. During his time there, he worked with financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies to optimize their technical capabilities. From 1998 to 2006, he was the Information Technology Manager for Wasserman, Comden and Casselman LLP in Southern California where he designed, installed, implemented, and administrated their multi-locations network. He holds several certifications from Microsoft Corporation and Novell. He obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing at the University of Findlay. Mr. Yan holds MCSE, MSDBA and CNA certifications. |

| Zayra Emanuelli Anzalotta joined ACM in October 2009. Prior to joining ACM, Mrs. Emanuelli worked as a Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in San Juan, Puerto Rico. During her time there, she served in the financial services industry group of the firm’s assurance and audit division, specializing in publicly traded financial institutions, accelerated filers in the banking industry, SEC regulatory filings, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. Mrs. Emanuelli graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

| Having joined ACM in January 2007, Mr. Canto has participated in various transactions, among them a 144A private placement, a 4(2) offering and a $400 million real estate development in Eastern Europe. He is currently the asset manager of an office building in Long Island, NY with a market value in excess of $200 million. Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Canto had held various internship positions. At Gramercy Advisors he conducted research and analyses for the launching of a new investment vehicle. Previously, he worked as a Summer Analyst with Bear, Stearns & Co. and Santander Securities for the Institutional Sales and Investment Banking departments, respectively. Mr. Canto received a B.S. degree in Finance from Babson College (Honors). |

| Mr. Rodríguez has over 13 years of experience in the Banking and investments industry. Prior to joining ACM in 2008, he was the Compliance Officer at Banesco International Bank Corp. where he designed, implemented and managed the compliance department. Previously, he worked at RG Premier Bank of Puerto Rico, a private commercial Bank, where he occupied various positions from Accounting Supervisor to Treasury Assistant Operations Officer responsible for managing the investment portfolio. Mr. Rodríguez received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico (Cum Laude). He is a former member of the compliance committee of the Association of Banks of Puerto Rico. He is a certified member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, CAMS. |

| Ms. Dimitrova has over 20 years of experience working with top executives, both in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining ACM in 2007, Ms. Dimitrova was Administrative Assistant at the Bulgarian Consulate General in New York City. She has also worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Head of the Public Relations Department of Rovotel Investment Trust. Ms. Dimitrova was also Head of Protocol for Nove Holding Inc. and an Executive Secretary to the President of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria. |

| Maritza Pizarro has served as our Office Manager since February 2007. Ms. Pizarro has over 20 years experience working with Senior Management of various corporations. Prior to joining Arco Capital Management she was Executive Assistant to the President and Supervisor over special projects for Citigroup in Puerto Rico. Previously, she was Administrative Assistant to the President of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Casino and prior to that served as Executive Secretary to the President of American International Group in Puerto Rico. |

| Aitza Reyes Roman joined ACM as an Administrative Associate for the Legal Department in March 2008. Ms. Reyes has more than seven years of experience providing secretarial services. From 2005 to 2008, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in the law firm Pietrantoni Méndez & Alvarez, LLP, assisting lawyers specialized in corporate, labor, tax, environmental and litigation law. Ms. Reyes has a B.A. degree in English Linguistics from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez campus, an Associate Degree from MBTI Business Training Institute in Secretarial Sciences and is currently working towards a B.S. degree in Office Administration in the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico. |
